Refund Policy

At M S Consultancy, we strive to offer exceptional service and complete transparency. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every service you purchase. However, we understand there may be rare cases where a refund is requested. This policy outlines how those situations are handled.



1. Eligibility for Refund


We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • If we are unable to complete the service (due to any issue on our end)

  • If your application gets rejected, and we are unable to resolve it through re-application or correction

  • If you cancel the service before we begin the processing or submission of your documents

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If delays are caused due to incorrect or incomplete documents submitted by you

  • If you decide to cancel after we have submitted your application to the concerned department (e.g., GST portal, NSDL, etc.)

  • If the application is rejected due to reasons outside our control, such as government rules or verification failure

  • If the service is for consultation, once the call has been completed

Special Case for Consultation Booking

If you book a paid consultation call, the fee is non-refundable once the call is completed.

However, if you’re not satisfied or feel the consultation was not helpful, you can reach out to us—we may offer a ₹1000 credit toward any other service, at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hi@geniusaccountant.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6290224986 within 7 days of your payment.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Service availed

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request

Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

In some cases, we may offer a credit or coupon that can be used for any other service.

Our Honest Guarantee

At M S Consultancy, we believe in being as honest and transparent as possible. If we’ve made a mistake or failed to deliver on our promise, you’ll never lose a single rupee, we’ll either fix the issue or refund you.
