4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are inclusive of applicable service charges but exclude government fees, unless explicitly stated.

Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a Money Back Guarantee section on specific service pages.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a service before work has begun. If any work has already started or documents have been filed, no refund will be issued.

If we fail to deliver the service as promised (under applicable guarantee), a full refund may be initiated subject to review. M S Consultancy reserves the right to approve or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

M S Consultancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections from government portals, departments, or technical issues beyond our control.
